Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PQI Travel Voyages, we value our clients and strive to provide the best travel experiences. Because we work with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines), all bookings are subject to both our policy and the policies of the travel suppliers. Please read carefully.

 


 

1. General Cancellations

 

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or contact form) to PQI Travel Voyages.
  • Cancellations are considered effective on the date we receive written notice.
  • Each supplier (airline, cruise, hotel, tour operator) has its own cancellation rules and fees, which apply in addition to PQI Travel Voyages’ administrative fees.

 


 

2. Refunds

 

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Many travel suppliers require non-refundable deposits. These cannot be recovered.
  • Supplier Refunds: If eligible, refunds are issued by the supplier and follow their timelines (not PQI Travel Voyages’).
  • Processing Time: Refunds, when approved, may take 4–12 weeks depending on the supplier. PQI Travel Voyages cannot expedite this process.
  • Agency Fees: PQI Travel Voyages may charge a processing fee for handling cancellations and refunds. This fee is separate from supplier fees.

 


 

3. Changes & Rebooking

 

  • Date or name changes may be treated as cancellations by suppliers. Additional fees may apply.
  • Rebooking is subject to availability and supplier rules.
  • PQI Travel Voyages will assist in rebooking but cannot guarantee the same price or itinerary.

 


 

4. No-Shows & Early Departures

 

  • Failure to show up for a booked service (flight, hotel, tour, cruise) is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
  • Early departure from a trip or unused services are also non-refundable.

 


 

5. Travel Insurance

 

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance may cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).

PQI Travel Voyages is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

 


 

6. Force Majeure Events

 

PQI Travel Voyages is not liable for cancellations, delays, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including:

 

  • Natural disasters, weather, or pandemics
  • Political instability, strikes, or government actions
  • Supplier insolvency

 

In such cases, refunds or credits will be subject to the supplier’s discretion.
